Brass Caliper Stands are solid brass display mounts consisting of a base and short stand attached to a large crescent-shaped piece of brass. On either end of the crescent is an adjustable caliper which is topped with rubber pads to both improve grip on objects and also to minimize scratch risk on more delicate objects. Caliper sizes can range from 0.25” to 5.25” depending on the model used. Larger models’ crescents are tilted at slightly steeper angles in order to provide additional stability for larger objects. The calipers on the stands can be easily hand-tightened.

The product is amazing for displaying stones and other small memorability. The bronze color is sleek and looks fantastic while on display. The only downside, however, is that the 'clamps' are loose until firmly tightened around an object; if they are not, the stone or other item may (And will) fall out of the display. Otherwise, the product works perfectly for displaying! - Nick W
